`claude-local-cleanup` 是一个面向 macOS 的自用脚本仓库，用来清理 Claude Code 本地留下的指纹字段、账号缓存、Keychain OAuth token、遥测数据、会话快照与历史残留。

它的目标很单一：把本地状态清理动作收敛成一个脚本，避免手工到处删文件、改 JSON、碰 Keychain。

### 功能范围

脚本 `clear_claude_fingerprint.sh` 当前会处理以下内容：

- 清空 `~/.claude.json` 中的这些字段：
  - `userID`
  - `anonymousId`
  - `firstStartTime`
  - `claudeCodeFirstTokenDate`
  - `oauthAccount`
  - `s1mAccessCache`
  - `groveConfigCache`
  - `passesEligibilityCache`
  - `clientData`
- 删除 macOS Keychain 中的这些条目：
  - `claude-code`
  - `claude-code-credentials`
- 删除 `~/.claude` 下的这些本地数据：
  - `telemetry/`
  - `statsig/`
  - `stats-cache.json`
  - `history.jsonl`
  - `paste-cache/`
  - `shell-snapshots/`
  - `session-env/`
  - `debug/`

### 运行环境

- macOS
- `bash`
- `jq`
- `grep`
- `security`

### 使用方式

```bash
chmod +x ./clear_claude_fingerprint.sh
./clear_claude_fingerprint.sh
```

如果脚本已经保留可执行位，也可以直接运行：

```bash
./clear_claude_fingerprint.sh
```

### 脚本行为说明

- 运行前会校验 `~/.claude.json` 是否存在且为合法 JSON。
- 运行时会打印目标字段清空前后的状态，方便快速核对。
- 使用临时文件写回 JSON，并尽量保留原文件权限。
- Keychain 条目若不存在，会打印跳过信息，不会因此失败。
- 遥测、会话、历史目录不存在时，同样会打印跳过信息。

### 注意事项

- 这是自用维护脚本仓库，不是通用安装包。
- 脚本会直接改写本机 `~/.claude.json`，并删除本地文件与 Keychain 条目。
- 在不了解后果前，不要在不属于你的环境里运行。
- 仓库当前聚焦单脚本维护，保持最小实现，不额外引入安装器、参数系统或包装层。

## English

`claude-local-cleanup` is a macOS-focused personal utility repository for clearing Claude Code local fingerprint fields, account cache, Keychain OAuth tokens, telemetry data, session snapshots, and local history artifacts.

The goal is intentionally narrow: centralize the cleanup workflow in one script so the machine state can be reset without manually editing JSON files, deleting scattered directories, or touching Keychain entries by hand.

### Scope

The `clear_claude_fingerprint.sh` script currently performs the following actions:

- Clears these fields in `~/.claude.json`:
  - `userID`
  - `anonymousId`
  - `firstStartTime`
  - `claudeCodeFirstTokenDate`
  - `oauthAccount`
  - `s1mAccessCache`
  - `groveConfigCache`
  - `passesEligibilityCache`
  - `clientData`
- Deletes these macOS Keychain items:
  - `claude-code`
  - `claude-code-credentials`
- Removes these local artifacts under `~/.claude`:
  - `telemetry/`
  - `statsig/`
  - `stats-cache.json`
  - `history.jsonl`
  - `paste-cache/`
  - `shell-snapshots/`
  - `session-env/`
  - `debug/`

### Requirements

- macOS
- `bash`
- `jq`
- `grep`
- `security`

### Usage

```bash
chmod +x ./clear_claude_fingerprint.sh
./clear_claude_fingerprint.sh
```

If the executable bit is already preserved, run it directly:

```bash
./clear_claude_fingerprint.sh
```

### Behavior

- Validates that `~/.claude.json` exists and is valid JSON before making changes.
- Prints the target field values before and after cleanup for quick inspection.
- Rewrites the JSON through a temporary file and attempts to preserve the original file mode.
- Skips missing Keychain entries without treating that as a failure.
- Skips missing telemetry, session, or history targets with explicit status output.

### Notes

- This repository is intended as a personal maintenance utility, not a packaged product.
- The script directly modifies `~/.claude.json` and deletes local files plus Keychain entries.
- Do not run it on environments you do not control.
- The repository intentionally stays as a minimal single-script setup without installers, wrappers, or extra abstractions.
