# SportVU_extraction
Extraction of motion data in basketball from SportVU .7z files
 (MATLAB)

## Usage
1. Obtain data (e.g. Download from https://github.com/rajshah4/BasketballData)
2. Setup path and run `setup_path_param.m`.
3. Run `createMatfile_SportVU.m` for extraction of motion data from SportVU .7z files.
4. Run `segmentateAttack.m` to create attack-segement and detect ball hold, pass and shot.
5. (option) Run `createVideo_SportVU.m` for creating videos.
