CAPNet is a Common Alerting Protocol (CAP) library for the .NET framework.

More information on CAP can be found here: http://www.oasis-open.org/standards#capv1.1.

Usage
--

The following frameworks/libraries are required to build and test CAPNet:

* .NET Framework 4.0
* xUnit 1.9

Versioning
--

CAPNet will be maintained under the Semantic Versioning guidelines as much as possible.

Releases will be numbered with the follow format:

`<major>.<minor>.<patch>`

And constructed with the following guidelines:

* Breaking backwards compatibility bumps the major
* New additions without breaking backwards compatibility bumps the minor
* Bug fixes and misc changes bump the patch
