## Getting Started

### Prerequisites

- Docker & Docker Compose
- Python 3.11+
- Node.js 18+
- PostgreSQL 15+
- Redis 7+
- Kafka (or use Docker)

### Installation

```bash
# 1. Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/your-org/kraivor.git
cd kraivor

# 2. Copy environment variables
cp .env.example .env
# Edit .env and fill in your API keys and secrets

# 3. Start all services (uses docker-compose)
make dev
```

### Quick Start

Once the services are running, navigate to `http://localhost:3000` and create your account. From there:

1. **Create a workspace** — your team's collaborative hub
2. **Connect a repository** — paste a GitHub/GitLab URL and run analysis
3. **Explore AI insights** — ask architecture questions, review security findings, get performance recommendations
